The format of the dance routines are based on interval training principles. This means that a combination of fast and slow rhythms are used to ensure the amount of calories you burn is maximised and you see, and feel real changes to your body and fitness. Depending on how much you shake your booty you can burn between 300-600 calories in a 45 minute class! Classes are full of fantastic, uplifting and inspiring music and moves to make your body vibrate and your happiness soar! You donít need any dancing skills, you donít need a partner and you donít need to buy any special equipment. All you need is you, loose clothing, trainers, some water and BE READY AND PREPARED TO HAVE FUN!

Zumba is for everyone - all ages, shapes and fitness levels. You go at your own pace and do what you can, when you can.

My classes are regularly updated with new routines and music so that when you come there will be some familiarity but something new to learn! It is not the same routines/songs week after week. Requests can be made and I will choreograph a routine to tracks my class participants like
